Please note that, unlike other companies, we do not need to know your event budget – you are free to build your vacation package according to your budget. Services first - then the budget.

For companies, all we need is a signature on a letter of indemnity (assurance letter) a copy of your arrival tickets and no deposit will be required. For private groups, we require only 30£ per person deposit to reserve your holiday package.

You can call on us 24 hours a day, every day, while you are on holiday. From your feedback we know everyone has different needs when they are away.

Following confirmation of your booking, you shall have the right (not later than 14 days prior to arrival) to change the date of arrival or your package options.
