The dolphinarium in Klaipeda is located on the shore of the Baltic Sea, and together with the Sea Museum and an aquarium forms an educational complex dedicated to all things marine. The Sea Museum houses the richest collection of shells and coral in the country, as well as fine examples of traditional Lithuanian fishing implements and artefacts from times gone by. During the summer months, there are also water festivals, exhibitions and shows taking place within the complex.
