Communication, trust, leadership, responsibility, solving problematic situations and team thinking are the competences that are irreplaceable in a modern company. A teambuilding event is an effective tool to develop these competences and the means to create a perfectly tuned team. This objective may be reached on a 1-4 day trip (on foot, or kayaks, or raft, etc.), by overcoming an obstacle course and discussing the impressions of the day in a sauna at the end of the day.
