Lithuania was the last European country to accept Christianity. You can still feel the spirit of the pagan times here. This event will take place at a secluded country homestead with an authentic atmosphere.
Day 1. On your arrival at Kaunas airport (fly with Ryanair), a comfortable bus will transfer you to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania. Once everyone has settled into their rooms, we will go for a walk around the centre of Vilnius. At the beer restaurant, you can try barm beer and enjoy tasty dishes made with beer. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2. After breakfast, we head for Trakai, where a country homestead near the lake awaits. The town of Trakai is famous for its beautiful nature and its 14th-century castle on an island in the lake. After sightseeing in town, we visit a nearby stud farm, where you can enjoy a trip on horseback to the Uzutrakis manor house, which is included in the National Heritage List, followed by a picnic in a Lithuanian granary. After the picnic, we return to the homestead for some free time. The culmination of the evening is a spectacular Christmas celebration in the Lithuanian folk style with Lithuanian dishes and drinks prepared under the old customs of ancient Lithuanian, fire rituals, songs and games.
Day 3. After breakfast and enjoying some more of the fresh country air, we head for Kaunas Airport..
