Day 1. On arrival at Palanga Airport, we will transfer you to the sea port of Klaipeda where your boat the Mecklenburg will take you to the resort of Nida. During the trip you will be treated to stunning views of the lagoon including the Neringa National Park and the Sahara-like Dead Dunes. Dinner will be served in the boat’s restaurant, and on arrival at Nida it’s just a short walk to the hotel.
Day 2. After breakfast you will be able to take a gentle bike ride around the resort of Nida where you can take in the sights and sounds of this charming little town. After lunch you have some free time sunbathe, swim or relax as you wish. During a full evening program, dinner will be served in the restaurant where you can sample various fish dishes and end the evening listening to traditional folk music.
Day 3. After breakfast you will check out of the hotel and begin the trip to the village of Minge, where the main and only street is a river and the only means of communication is by boat. During the journey you will see the wide open expanse of the Curonian Split, a natural haven for flora and a variety of birds. Later there will be a leisurely picnic ashore before returning to board the bus for the return to Palanga Airport.
